At Expert TV Repair, we strive to provide high-quality repair services and customer satisfaction. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for our independent TV repair services.
Service Cancellation
If you need to cancel a scheduled service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a nominal fee to cover the technician's travel and scheduling costs.
Diagnostic Fees
Diagnostic fees are charged for the assessment and evaluation of your television's issues. If the diagnostic reveals that the repair cost exceeds the value of the television or if we determine the device cannot be repaired, the diagnostic fee remains non-refundable as it covers the time and expertise of our technicians.
Repair Service Refunds
If we are unable to successfully repair your television after attempting the agreed-upon service, we will:
- Refund the labor charges for the repair
- Provide a full or partial refund for any parts that were not successfully installed or did not resolve the issue
- Not charge for additional diagnostic attempts related to the same issue
Warranty Coverage
Our repair work and replacement parts are covered by a warranty as specified at the time of service. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we will re-perform the repair at no additional labor cost. Warranty coverage does not apply to:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
- Issues unrelated to the original repair
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Expert TV Repair is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with or authorized by Sony, Samsung, LG, or any other television manufacturer. This refund policy applies solely to the services provided by Expert TV Repair.
